Shipping

Orders are shipped from NSW via Australia Post. I am currently only able to offer shipping to Australia via my website. If you are international & wish to make a purchase, please contact me & I can get you a shipping quote.

 Once your order is lodged with Australia Post, Sara Keast Leather takes no responsibility for safe delivery, and is not held liable for any lost, delayed, stolen or damaged items. If your order is lost, delayed, stolen or damaged, you should lodge an enquiry directly to Australia post.  Please consider taking out insurance on your order- If you wish to take out insurance with Australia Post please select this option at checkout. Your insurance will be for your order amount not including any shipping/insurance costs.

By purchasing from this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and release Sara Keast Leather for any compensation from damaged, lost, stolen or delayed shipments.

Please check your order details and shipping address are correct as Sara Keast Leather accepts no liability if you provide incorrect information.

Once ready to ship, you will receive tracking updates for your order via email. If you can’t find your order confirmation or shipping updates, please check your junk email.

 

If you are local to Tamworth NSW 2340, and wish to pick up your item, you can select the ‘Local delivery’ option at checkout. Please note though, I live out of town, and only come to Tamworth once per week.
